Preschools have proven to be one of the best ways to strengthen Jewish education and to engage families in Reform Judaism. Help us establish 2 new and urgently needed preschools on behalf of IMPJ (Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism).

After only three years of operation the preschools become financially self sufficient.  From this beginning a strong Reform presence will emerge.

The Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism currently operates 47 preschools serving over 1,300 preschool children and is affiliated with 50 schools across Israel. We have a track record of success.

The last preschool that ARZA Canada sponsored was in Evan Yehuda. From its start in 2009, the preschool has already reached its maximum capacity with 22 children registered for the upcoming year. Since the preschool’s founding, a core group of families from Even-Yehuda established the town’s first Reform congregation, called “HaShahar”, and they dedicated a synagogue in May 2010.
